As soon as I drove off my truck began to show the same problems. And these were serious issues with steering and stability control. I went directly to another dealer where it was quickly taken care of. Lost a week with ML Automall and an unnessisary $400 car rental.

Not recommended at all, very disorganized. Only reason I go is because I paid for the oil changes in advance for my lease. They return your car incomplete, didn't do any of the recalls, I ended up taking it to Gunther Kia. Service Manager never called me. Horrible experience, and they wouldn't do anything to rectify their mistakes. They don't even record the services performed on the vehicle

I pray to God, that I never have to come back to Miami Lakes Kia. The service department doesn't answer the phone. You are sent straight voicemail. I had Noel handing my car. He only text, when I call. I'll receive a text saying please text me. The only way I knew what was going on with my car was if I reached out. The whole experience was very unprofessional, I felt like Noel did not care about my car.

I don't know if it's because my daughter is only 18 years old but her car goes to one side and I asked the mechanic if he can please check that and if it could be a alignment issue well he didn't check it he just automatically did the alignment and charged me for the alignment and the car still throws itself to the side. They left the oil tank leaking through the drain screw. They told me that the oil pan had damaged threads, which hadn't been the case before. They also broke one of the screws holding the front right wheel and left it like that without telling me anything. This caused one of the parts to get stuck between the brake disc and the axle end, leaving my car damaged 3 days after the service received.
