I scheduled a regular maintenance online with them and selected loaner option. However, when it's time to drop off my car, I was told I didn't choose to get a loaner and I was suppose to call in for that. They did accommodate me and get me a loaner. Could've make it clear when making the appointment that I need to call in for loaner.
