Service was terrible. You picked my car up on Monday and didn't get back to me until Thursday that you had to re-order a new seatbelt on the driver side. You should've told this by Tuesday so that I didn't have to panic about having a car for the weekend now the car has to go back into you because you do not have a seatbelt for me.

Fast and efficient. Got there at 7:30 AM, service advisor stated it would be done by around 4 PM. Battery replacement, oil change and state inspection. I asked for a loaner, he said he would have me out by 12:30 PM. Instead, it was done by 9:30 AM.
Confused but grateful.

I always feel as though I get work done that is not necessarily urgent. For instance, did I really need to get spark plugs replaced? I like driving the car but I have spent more money on this car than any other I've own. I'm not sure I would buy another one.

Didn't Like
Car promise to be ready at 12 noon got the car at 3 pm.
I got to the shop at 12:35 pm to pick up service manager tells me to wait and he calls to check the status. At 1:35. He tells me that I should get my car in 5-10 minutes. After an hour at 2:35 pm I go to talk he completely forgot about me and he asks for my name again in a not nice way. Finally I get my car at 3:00 pm. Will never go back

Set up is odd.
The mechanic recommended $600 extra cost for a 6 months old car with 1500 miles. The service representative could not adequately explain why. Of course, the client can not talk to the mechanics directly and has to go through the service representative, the intervening middle man.
Not understanding the reason for the lack of transparency. But, this is the only option in Manhattan.
