Most recently, my vehicle had a part of the underbody splash shield come unattached and was dragging on the road. It took about 120 days to replace my radio and get my usb ports working. After they got my radio working they told me the usb tots were working, they were not. After another visit they finally got everything working. I head to call ram to get the radio expedited, they said they could not do that.
