I had an appointment at a specific time and arrived 20 minutes early. I was told by my technician the service wouldn't be completed for 2.5 hours because they had to many people who show up that day. Now, what does that mean, over booked or that many extra customers just showed up that day. Regardless I will not return for service. I love Johnson Lexus but there service department has something to be desired.

Marcus was great as was the finance lady. But I tell you what. After you buy a car. You will get spammed like crazy in your snail mail and your email. Be careful they sell your information a lot. I have had the car for approximately 7 or 8 weeks now. And I've received maybe 16 to 20 pieces of snail mail. Also, I'm getting this new high influx of spam email too.

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh provided fast flawless service on a routine oil change and recall. Prior to my appointment I spoke with service manager Candice Rohrs about concerns regarding the recall. She was very polite and professional. Everything was handled well above my expectations. My only slight disappointment was we stood around for 5 minutes inside before anyone approached us to get our name, key, and info.

Service performed as well as four wheel alignment as requested, which was a good thing since several wheels were out of spec. Too many potholes and bumps on the road. Car picked up the day after dropping it off as they got very busy. But we had a loaner so all good.

Service Team was prompt, courteous and professional as I entered the service department. I love the video livestream of the service that is sent to me about my car as well. Car is ready in a timely manner. The only other thing is they had specials for discounts... the attendant didn't mention them and therefore in the rush of things I forgot to use (I had it) or ask myself! But overall Jonson is the Best!
