The service was prompt and handled well. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I think they need to assure customers that the quiet/reading area will be quiet. A woman was talking so loudly on a remote meeting the other customer and I left and went to sit in the hallway--which was less distracting than staying in the room.

Bought tires from dealership three years ago based on technician advice. Tires did not hold up and rating was not good. Tried to sell me same tires again.
Found Michelins for same cost with a 60k rating versus 30k.
