2022 Suburban under 50k fuel pump left me on road July 4th. Jk fixed no warranty paid full $. Christmas Eve left me on road again same thing. Manager said they only changed one part first time and the other part second times. So they 1/2 fixed first time and I paid full price. After second time they say it's now fixed. Bought cars there for long time. They tell me to move along they don't care.

Took them 1 month to repair my a/c. Replace condenser, expansion valve and finally the evaporator core (which was the problem). After getting truck back the dashboard was squeaking. I brought it back and technician found that he didn't install some bolts. It still squeaked and random nuts falling from underneath the dash. I traded the truck in. Best decision ever.

No communication within the Service Department what so ever, rude. When calling to get a status on the vehicle, all you get is voicemail, with no response once you leave a a message. Also, even if you hit the incorrect extension, purposely to talk with someone, they rush you off the phone as well, like you're bothering them. This place has changed in the past few years, for the worse.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation along with two issues needing attention. The routine maintenance went well and one of the issues have been resolved. The problem with the radio still exists and the techs could not duplicate the problem. JK Chevrolet has always treated me very good and provides superior service.

Front brake pads were not replaced. Rear brake pads were not replaced. Front brake rotors were not replaced. Two tires were not replaced. Not sure if any of the other services were performed, but these were obviously not performed. Would not trust JKChevrolet for any service on my vehicle.

This is a leased vehicle through Enterprise and this is the first time for an issue concerning a breakdown. JK Chevrolet fit the vehicle into their schedule in a timely manner and executed the repairs. They handled the paperwork with the lease company and us seamlessly.
