Never had an experience like this from a car dealer. I've emailed and called trying to get more information about a specific vehicle. They told me the vehicle was out for service and then quit responding to email. When I called, I was told they'd find out if the vehicle I was interested in had a tow hitch as advertised (pictures didn't show a hitch) and then email me. Never received any emails. Wondering if someone that works there was interested in the vehicle I was interested in.
