Didn't like waiting for the recall to be fixed on the car after the service was complete. The job was done and my FOB was placed on the managers desk after he was gone for the day. Went searching for a status and a helper found the FOB under some papers. The fix was good.

Monica was excellent in communicating with us on service to the car. They promptly corrected the service campaign issue and the recall. Brendan was the driver bringing the loaner to us and taking our car to service. He was professional and also gave us a helpful hint on an important feature we weren't aware of! I'll use their valet service again!

Always great, honest service. Everyone treats you with respect. You can feel assured that if a repair is suggested, it is needed. I also like that if your vehicle will take longer than planned, they make a loaner available. Great place to get your car serviced.

Someone else finished up with me, but I felt like I didn't want to buy my next car from this Lexus dealership as the service dept. was sub par for me!

I liked my service advisor, and the auto is fixed. I was not happy about how poorly the cleaning people did the first time. They did not need to touch the inside of the car yet managed to leave the car waterspotted and left debris on the outside of the windshield such that it did not look like it had been washed. I had asked that the car be as clean as I brought it in and it wasn't.
