I liked how the staff treated me. Everyone was very nice.
I did not like that the emission system that had failed previously and had already been repaired failed again just one month after the warranty expired and cost me nearly $1000. I expected more from Audi.

Couldn't fix my car for what I brought it in for, but still got charged $250. Big ripoff. They spend most of the time trying to find other things wrong with your car, to the total of $4000 in this case. I'll think twice before I go back.

I have had greater while you wait experiences. I am use to being able to having an 8am service with a space to work & a hot beverage. The coffee machine was broken and a couple of workers stand nearby and BS. Not a customer facing location conducive to conducting business while you wait.

No one was there when I came to pick up my car in service. The general manager saw me and continued talking to a couple in sales for 10 minutes then went outside. I had to ask another woman in sales for help-she was lovely and helpful. Car was not washed or vacuumed which every other luxury car I have owned have received courtesy washes.
