They took a very long time to diagnose my car and get it scheduled for repair. In the meantime, they did give me a loaner, which was nice to use. However, they don't always communicate about when things are going to be ready and the process. Last they charged me $45 for gas, even though I returned the loaner vehicle full. When I called them up, they remove the charges without any questions, but I was a little bit irritated by that.

Hoffman Audi did a good job on the repairs performed. HOWEVER CARSHIELD coverage that I had was a total sham! CARSHIELD SHOULD HAVE COVERED MORE REPAIRS, HOWEVER THEY DELAYED WORK FOR 2 1/2 WEEKS, AND THEN REFUSED TOPERFORM WORK WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE!!! CAR SHIELD IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY!

Rob made my visit a pleasure. He made sure to listen to my concerns and explained what my car would have done and the reason why. I was on my way with a loaner within 15 minutes of arriving (and a coffee from the waiting area). The complementary car washes are also appreciated.
