I was met by the service advisor within 3 minutes of arrival, my service appointment was on time, all services performed and reviewed and I had my truck back in under 1 hour which was the anticipated delivery schedule. The team at Gervais has always performed well and has done all of the service work on my Maverick.

I just needed a couple of tires. Two were close to wear limits, and one had a flat. Not much point in paying to fix the flat. At first they didn't make me feel confident we were going to get new tires on promptly. And, my spare was over 21 years old! So I felt a little urgency. However, although it wasn't same day (had to get the tires in), they did take care of things the next day, and the mechanic was a star.

I used Quick Lane to get my Sate Inspection sticker and have the tire airpressure sensor checked on one tire. My service started as scheduled. The service manager was well organized and very knowledgeable. The technician was clean and neat and very capable. Tire problem was a leaky tire valve which he replaced.
