I liked the communication and their professionalism. I didn't like the negotiation. They seemed very firm in pricing and not willing to negotiate which is why I haven't bought the car. We will see if they choose to drop the price $500 more so I purchase the vehicle.

I had my own financing set up prior to visiting the dealership which was not a problem for them but the handling of a deposit payment and the return of said deposit payment left some questions that I was not comfortable with.

The dealer was quick to respond. When I asked questions about the cars performance she said she would get back to me but did not. I sent another inquiry as I had an approved loan. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however their boss was not. The saleswoman helped even though she was busy. When we were prepared to discuss price, we were taken over to her boss. We were prepared to buy the vehicle, however he told us a higher price than had been listed on the CarFax website and then was unwilling to negotiate at all.
Would not recommend purchasing a car here unless you are prepared to pay the listed price.
