Terrible, they promised me an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation, after 4 hours nothing was done. They gave me back my car because I had somewhere to go. Others in the waiting room were complaining also. I will never go back. This is the second time this has happened.

The experience was good but I know all of the "multi point inspection" is not checked. I have been here a total of 4 times since June (had abnormal travel almost 10,000 miles in 2.5 months) so I had oil changes and major scheduled maintenance this whole time something has not been checked.

I had been coming here for years, but won't be coming back. They told me I needed an entirely new engine. I got a second opinion elsewhere and they were able to fix my car, and now my car is running just fine. DO NOT GO HERE. Andy and his technician should be ashamed of themselves. Honestly, my car was running just fine BEFORE I brought it to this dealership. I left the dealership, and it was running worse than before. THEY ARE AWFUL.

He's very thorough explaining what's going to happen and when it's going to be done. Got there and no one was around to help us. Waited more than 10 minutes. Finally a guy came out and took care of us. He was great. He explained they were short staffed. The other thing I didn't like was they said they were going to wash my car but when I came to get it, it wasn't clean. He said the machine just broke. Really?
