Dropped car off on Monday 11/27 for 8AM appointment for issue with radio and display. Car not even looked at until following day and diagnosed as needing new display screen. Screen was replaced and car was not ready for pickup until right before closing time (7PM) that 2nd day.

SAMI GRIMM was the best service advisor I have encountered lately.
Very informative and "HONEST" about what your Buick needs, quite unlike past service advisor who stated work preformed (warranty) when it wasn't and not what I brought car in for( oil/ filter change). Left a bad feeling that would happen with TRUST of dealership to actually service car.

Every time I visit here they return my truck incomplete. The technicians need to get a check list or the service advisers should QC the vehicles before returning them. Tried several different advisers but the issues persist.
