Didn't think that the price for an oil change was fair market. I'll check other service providers in the future to check. If you are out of line I will go there. Not sure about price but the sticker indicated next oil change in 5,000 miles instead of 10,000. It does not seem out of line for me to expect accuracy. Sorry to have to report this because my wife and I have used your services for over 10 years. Take care

The service was outstanding! I needed to verify what an independent service provider said that I needed a new oil pan. The technician checked everything and told me that I did not need one. Apparently they did not use oem parts and I had an oil leak. So glad I went for a second opinion. I will not go to another independent service company again!

Everyone at Eich is very friendly. Service is always prompt. They do a great job keeping me in the loop and I really enjoy their updated facility - it's a nice place to wait for my vehicle to be finished - as well as the video inspection their technician's provide. This is my third Mazda I've taken to have serviced by them (going back to my first Mazda over a decade ago) and I will keep going back.

I was greeted by name. The scheduled service was reviewed and explained. I was given the option of an additional service, but did not feel pressured to have it done. I was called after the initial inspection with more information. All information was clearly explained and offered without pressure.

The newly remodeled service area at Eich VW is SOOOOO nice! I love the drive thru and easy check in. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got a notification on my phone that they are recommending wipers for my car and I could approve/deny right from my phone. So slick! The service managers at Eich are great. I've been coming here for years.
