They had my car for a month to repair suspension work they caused as well as replace tires that had only 8500 miles from when they were installed new by the same dealer new and the inside tread was balled which the dealer never aligned and I have records showing alignment. When getting it back there is a gas smell after turning it off.

I had made an appointment on Friday10/4 to have an oil change and fix the tire pressure monitor. When the car was dropped off on Saturday I assumed both services were to be completed. Upon retrieving the car, I was told the tire pressure monitor was not on the work order and is not done on Saturdays. So I left with the tire pressure monitor warning still on. Not Happy with either service rep.

brought in car for oil change and engine light, did oil change and told not enough time to do engine light . brought car back following week for engine light and was told they didn't have the equipment to do the job.. i bought the car from this dealership and the extended warranty not sure why it couldn't be done.

Was called to pick up car after collision repair. There were paint drips, exposed primer, scratches, and compound still on car. This was after two weeks in the shop for a quarter panel dent repair. They made it right but this took three weeks. I would not recommend this repair shop due to time and inconvenience to leave work early and have to do again a second time to pickup.
