The oil change was completed to my satisfactionwhen having services closely spaced together, I feel Hyundai is being inconsiderate with the dealerships and customers time in insisting that a free multipoint inspection being performed with every visit. Perhaps it would be better to ask the customer if they would like the free multipoint inspection waived for that particular visit

The service advisor was friendly and personable. He was very apologetic about the repair taking longer than expected and took the full blamewhich is very uncommon these days. Apparently there was a miscommunication between him and the technician working on the car. No worries, the repair was made and I'm glad to get the car back. I will certainly return for future servicing of my vehicle.

Fast, friendly, nice seating area to wait in and they were willing to respond to my questions even though I asked a lot of them. In other words it was boring and they didn't have to do much, which is exactly how you want a visit with your doctor, dentist, plumber, and mechanic to go.

What I didn't like was that I made my appointment online and I got a confrimation email to that point. When I got there they had no record of my appointment. I showed them the email. They accommodated me. I liked their video of the inspection and kept me informed with these videos. First rate job done. The service work was quick as well.
