I liked how most of their service prices were upfront on the site as I picked what I needed. Anything that didn't have a price they would report to you during service and you got to give the ok to proceed. Very helpful to a person with high anxiety and not a lot of extra money.

I came in to get my oil changed. I was greeted by Mr. Moreno, salesman, and he showed me 2 new SUVs and explained the features. He was very nice. It was raining on the day that I had the service done on my CX-5, so Mr. Meyers, the service employee, told me to come back on a sunny day and they would wash my vehicle. I did that and was happy with my experience there.
