There was a miscommunication between the service attendant and myself. Once we realized the miscommunication had occurred, he acted rudely and spoke to me like I was stupid. All he had to do was apologize and offer a solution, which he did not do. I had to take my car to another dealership to get what I needed fixed. Very poor customer service, I expect more from a luxury car dealership and won't be back to this location.

The dealership is always more expensive than outside shops. However, the service that I receive at Crown Lexus is worth that extra little bit. Christian is my service agent and is always extremely helpful, caring, and on top of everything. Additionally, for longer services, Crown provides a loaner Lexus, which is really helpful.

This was the first time I've gone to a dealer were they treated me as a human being and I say this since other dealers. Plus honor the special they offer on their website unlike other dealers looking at you Mazda that u need to battle the service staff about getting service special validated. I will return to this Lexus dealer for my regular services.

I picked out a vehicle and asked them to start the paperwork while I ran home to get my paperwork for my trade in.
However, 5 minutes after I arrived home I received a text from them telling me they sold it to someone else.
Very strange.
I will never go back there, or refer them to anybody.
