Routine maintenance was done all changed. Tires rotated. None of the other requested work was done. One was a recall and one was a noise. We were rescheduled to bring it in on Wednesday we did and it was untouched. Nothing done again for three days. We picked it up again and will never be back at first I would say I thought the routine maintenance was OK, but it was too expensive.

The lady Brittney was definitely not helpful and lied to many times to count then asked the shop manager like he knows the warranty claims.. she easily could told me herself about the extended warranty but chose to say she didn't know nothing about it so dont recommend deal with her at all unless u want the run around

Kindness is never an issue, being punctual is.The appointment was at 9:45 for oil and a recall. The service was not completed till after 4 PM. The reason varied each new call attempt from lunch, staffing, new staffing etc. The work is always correct but always delayed.
