I dropped the car off and the shuttle took me home. Austin kept me updated on the status of the service and then the shuttle picked me up and delivered me to the dealership to pick up my car. The shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous and Austin Breinig, Service Advisor, is pleasant and professional and a joy to deal with.

They rotated my tires, I had to go back the next day, low tire gage light came on , 28lbs air in each tire they tried to tell me it was cold weather. They ended up putting right amount in them , makes me wonder if their mechanics know what their doing . 35 lbs

Dealership not as friendly as it used to be in the service area. Estimate on issues with car seems inflated then issues was addressed or asked if other side of vehicle was worked on which could have cause other side issues seems like women get higher prices when it comes to not having any warranty on car after it expired

Customer service- service advisor make sure everything was done within the time given and also had a curtesy ride to drop me off and pick me up to pick up my car. She keep calling to check how the service went and to find out if I am not satisfied with anything and how they can get it done for me.

Century 3 Kia service department is absolutely incompetent. Had to take my vehicle to a private mechanic to fix their problem. They refused to listen to me regarding the sound the new brake installation created. I will no longer use such an awful service. They don't deserve one star. But, apparently I must select at least one star to submit.

Terrible customer service. Kia did not honor my warranty and when I picked my car up from the dealership I find out they did nothing to at least temporarily help my issue. It would not have cost them more than $20. Once you buy a car there, don't expect customer service afterwards.
