My experience was positive! I like how Bergeron now gives out numbers to orderly respond to early birds waiting. It is fair way of responding to customers. The tech was courteous and the recommendations were informative but not the usual sales pitch! The customer waiting areas is comfortable and I like the email and call update.

I don't like feeling taken advantage of when presented with assessment of repair needs. I requested the best price and service rep stated that this was the "menu price". When I insisted on a better price he offered me a $15 off coupon on the oil change and the. He added $15.50 to the replacement of a rear windshield wiper which above the price initially quoted.

Left in the darkI dropped off my Jeep in Thursday morning at 7 and never received a phone call, text or email. I called on Saturday to check status only to find out my paperwork was sitting on the wrong service agents desk. I then had to call them back to see if/when my Jeep would be ready. Terrible customer service.

Costs were exactly as estimated. Service area was clean and service managers were friendly and helpful. The work done was a windshield replacement and brake tag and toll tag on the windshield where replaced on the new windshield. Overall, very happy with this service.

after not being helped at rainbow ram for a warranty Bergeron was more than happy to do the repair under warranty and in a jiffy told them they could have the truck how ever long they needed it 4 hours later i received a call was told my truck was ready everyone there was wonderful wish more dealerships cared like this one does

Took 3 days to do an oil change and change a tire sensor with an appointment . Car was supposed to be picked up after hours and no keys were left and no one knew where my car was. After repeated attempts finally spoke to the service manager and got an oops, sorry. Will never use them again and not recommend to anyone.

this is probably one, if not the oldest dealerships in Metairie, Louisiana. My family and i have been doing business with Bergeron since the 60's. From sales to service, bar none, they are the best. Their service department has the most qualified technicians/mechanics in the area. When you bring your car in for service or repairs it's done right the first time.

My visit to Bergeron to have my oil changed was very pleasant. Everything went great and now I don't have to worry about the light coming on telling me that I need to have my oil changed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Jesse I think was the staff member who was at the Express Oil Change lane and he took care of everything. He even reminded me that I needed my back window windshield wiper changed.

Would be great to have another Volvo service center in the area. The service advisors are nice but ownership is not hearing the needs of clients. Don't even think about a loaner that's promised upon purchase - it's a joke and non-existent. Additionally, I've consistently had problems utilizing service and repair warranties. Another example of poor administrative leadership.

They were nice and fast for the oil change but refused to rotate my tires when itwas needed. They didnt even air up my tires. I had an issue they wanted to to call some other number to schedule to fix. Not recommend going back.
