I felt rushed out the door and I am not even certain they completed everything I paid for. This experience did not give me trust in this location to perform the services I pay for. This was based on the interaction with the service liaison and the final payment person.

Had an issue with previous brake job . Toyota honored there work and redid the job that included resurfacing all rotors and new pads . Vehicle was left overnight and I was given a rental car ,all at no cost to me . Toyota goes above and beyond to satisfy there customers.

Gabriel was great. The shuttle service was a problem. Waited 1hour and 15 minutes for pick up. Receptionist put me on hold twice (without verbally letting me know). Then said the driver had other people to drop offsame answer as over an hour before. I had to take an Uber to pick up my vehicle.

I had an appointment at 9:30am and waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time to get helped. When you pull up to the service center there are two lines of cars and you wait in your car until a rep comes and checks you in. The issue is that it takes a long time for someone to check you in and there is no difference if you have an appointment or don't have one, at least in the intial checking in process.

No one cares at this dealership. No one came up to me for acknowledgement regarding my vehicle. This dealership doesn't care about there customers their more concerned about how much money they can make off their customers instead of actually helping them with any concerns they have. I will let all my friends know to not go to this dealership anymore because they're service advisors don't care.

I didn't really get any information on my vehicle. Tried to call but received no response. For an 100k mile maintenance I would have thought I'd at least get some recommendations or information on how my vehicle is operating. Felt like the whole service was to take my money and get me out of the door.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 7am and was seen quickly even though the service department was very busy and I made it out by 8:45 am... fast and friendly service. I would recommend sending you returning customers discount coupons for maintenance services

The service was completed quite quickly, which was good since we needed to wait there at the facility. The service rep had looked up our vehicle records ahead of the appointment and was already aware of the service agreement we had purchased, so there was no question or issue over charges.

It didn't take. Very long without an appointment.But the dealership had coupons on line at a lower price than what I was initially charged until I happened to see that coupon I don't understand why they don't automatically just GIF.They are customers rates that are available even though they might be lower than what they can charge

Key battery was NOT replaced!!! Oil change was ok. I said NO tire rotation and they did not listen. I noticed it immediately after driving off. DARYL just does his best in attending to his job duties but the actual mechanic I was not pleased with. KEY still does not work. There are no signs that it was even opened up to replace any new batteries.

Took 3-hrs for express oil change. Engine & air filters really expensive. Had to top off coolant myself and don't think they tested the battery as I had to have it replaced by AAA the next day when my car wouldn't start.
