“I am going to be honest. My husband's truck had a big fixture. However that should be taken somewhere else. Only because the technician complained about it. If they couldn't have done the job. I would have gladly taken my vehicle else where.We put some much money down. Thank goodness. It turned out to cost more than what we were told. That I am not happy about. I feel like some of the men who work there do this job just to do it. It takes someone with dedication to want to do things. I feel bad for my poor husband who has gone to them time after time. For this to happen is absorb. No communication on when the part got there or when they started working on his truck. When one of the techs did finish it. They said they did. My poor husband paid all that money mind you and they didn't test what needed to be tested. Left his truck with things where they shouldn't be. So no I'm absolutely upset. Someone needs to take charge to make sure things are properly taken care of. You wouldn't want that to happen to your loved one forbid your elderly family member because something worse could happen.”
