“I liked the fact that the owner delt with me from start to finish, and he continually updated me on the progress of the job, the entire staff was so friendly and professional. As we all know, things don't always go as planned, and as the mechanic got underway with the job of fixing my front end there were other issues discovered. Nick let me know they had to keep my vehicle for considerably longer than originally estimated, and the labor was more intensive. He stuck with the original labor quote and provided me with transportation. The best ending of this story is that I've got my vehicle back, it handles like a charm and I now have a mechanic for life.”
