“Christian Brothers is always efficient and a pleasant to work with. The main reason I did not give a 4- or 5-star rating was because I think there was no consideration for adjusting the service charge fee when the issue was communicated prior to service. For example, I was charged $216 plus the service diagnostic fee of replacement of a tailgate latch which seems to be excessive when I communicated the latch needed to be replaced to start with. So, I am on the fence about if I would recommend Christian Brothers.”
