“I have been using this company for all my vehicles for the past 5+ years and using 3 different locations. They are usually very knowledgeable and service is always quick and friendly. Things I don't like: >>They drain your oil and then tell you they don't have the oil you need and will have to use the synthetic option at the higher price. Like, what?? No sir!! You can either sell it to me at the std oil price or put "my" oil back in! >>They give you the sticker for your next oil change at 3k mi when you're using synthetic that is 6k mi life. When you ask about it, they say they can't change it. That's OK, I have an ink pen and can change the mileage on the sticker. >>I've been using this company for 5+yrs. They have ALL my vehicle information but ask ME what oil I need? They're the "experts", why don't they know?? That does not give me alot of confidence.”
