Told them I would handle that replacement, when performing the replacement found they forgot to close the engine air filter door and that both filters wasn't very dirty but the last replacement was over 12 months ago so I replaced them. This vehicle is parked in a garage and driven about 4,000 miles a year. Would have rather had them tell me the timing is right for replacing the filters.”
