“Diagnosed rodent damage to HV battery and replaced it. Diagnosed ECM had failed, and replaced it. First module from Toyota was bad out of the box, so they had to order a 2nd one. They worked with my insurance company, USAA, to get everything covered. I did have to return for two minor fixes after the service. 1) The driver's side back seatbelt got caught under the seat when it was reinstalled after the HV battery change. 2) My 2nd key fob had to be reprogrammed.”
