The Jim Fisher Volvo service department did a wonderful job: they did all of the necessary inspections, plus an oil change and tire pressure correction, and they added a car wash as well. The staff were very friendly and professional, and everything was done right on time.

The service was great. The problem was trying to make a service appointment in November and having to wait until March. Four months - FOUR MONTHS - is a long time to wait for regular service.

The 70k service was completed along with the rear brake pads being replace. The vehicle was returned on-time and freshly cleaned. The spare was reinflated and the huge load of travel cargo I had in the rear of the vehicle repacked as if I had done it myself. It is evident to me the service dept. works as an efficient and professional team.

They did good work, and I trusted them with my car, but they needed to schedule everything better. I had a basic servicing that was supposed to go from 10am-1pm, but in reality I was stuck waiting around until almost 4pm before I could get my car back.
