Once again I had a super experience with having my XC60 serviced at Fisher Volvo. I was in to have the 80k service completed. The cost was reasonable and I appreciated the way their work in reducing Covid-19 risk while being open to service vehicles. IMO the shop has done a good job of preparing to handle customers and vehicles given concerns over Covid-19. Check in went quickly and I appreciated the way they prepared my vehicle for it's return to me following service.

This was my first time using their service. Initially I took the car in because I was receiving a warning light on the dashboard. I brought the car home and immediately the warning light went off again. I called and rescheduled another appointment. They were very accommodating did a complete check on the car and found out it was a minor issue that the hood and liftgate not closing properly. They followed up to make sure that everything was fine with my car. I will be taking my car there again.
