They were definitely not a 5 star dealership. They were not forthcoming with the maintenance they actually did and left my vehicle dirty inside. Although I did speak with the service manager after to address my concerns, I wont use this dealership in the future.

They were awesome! I was towed there after my truck broke down with my 5th wheel . They let me leave camper in the lot. When I explained to them that I needed truck fixed quickly so I could get to Washington state for a job, they evaluated the damage,ordered the parts and had completed the work by the end of business the next day and I was on the road the following morning. Excellent customer service.

We were on a trip from California to Minnesota, I got a hole in the radiator we called ahead we were told they could look at it the same day. I told them I was on the road the expedited the service got us back on the road for less than it would have cost me in California or Minnesota, if anyone is in need of service on a Ford in that area I would highly recommend this service department.

The shop was busy but they were able to fit me in. I had a slow leak on a tire but still fairly low miles, so they said they could check it out for manufacturing defects. A piece of wire was the culprit and they were able to fix it for minimal cost.
