Not very good. They needed to have my car an extra day because of something wrong that they did, and they made no effort to compensate me for the inconvenience: no loaner car, no discount, nothing. They just gave me my keys and said sorry for the delay.

While Jason was helpful in my shopping process, I sent in a picture of the car they had listed that looked dirty. He proceeded to say I saw that but didnt want to pick apart every detail he thought the photo I sent in concern was the competitors photo. Despite that minor detail Jason was communicative and helpful. I would have purchased the the car had he or the dealer been willing to work with me on price.

Great service from the first call to Gary Parsley to the pickup. Astorg isn't a Porsche dealer, but some of the Audi guys have experience with the make from the old days. They took the Boxster in and saved me a 3 hour trip to the nearest Porsche dealer, Byers in Columbus, OH. I love that Porsche dealership but this saved me a night or two out of town and I have a busy schedule. These folks fixed the problem and did it right.
