Roy in the service department personally took the vehicle out on the road to hear the noise in the car. He found that the previous service department at Heiser taped some wires together. That did not fix the problem. Roy said they had to make an adjustment in the arm on the sun roof.

They were very professional and honest. While the car was there they discovered a couple of issues that would become a problem down the road. They brought it to our attention and we had it taken care of before it became a bigger ticket item.

Greg Miller is a super nice sales agent and very knowledgeable. The dealership prices are somewhat higher than other dealers. Currently there is nothing else to ad as the car was just bought and time only will tell if the conditions are favorable.

This was our first service experience with this dealership, and it was above and beyond our expections. They drove to our home from out of town to pick up our vehicle, provided a loaner vehicle, returned our vehicle to our home and drove the loaner vehicle back to the dealership. This was a complimentary service. A thorough inspection report of service was provided. Our vehicle was washed before its return. Great customer service!

Had a check engine light on the oxygen sensor. They pulled it in for repair right away. I got a courtesy ride home and the car was ready in less than 2 hours. Washed when I came to pick it up. Only negative was I didnt get an estimate until the service writer called me at home to tell me what the problem was (which I knew already) and gave me the cost for the repair. Should have quoted when I dropped it off.

First time in this location. Service advisor friendly and thorough . Had some warranty work done and 50k mile service . Unfortunately , my dealer warranty expired the week before I came in. Pricing seemed a little high - but it needed to get done. Workmanship was good. Bonus - suv came back clean and looked like new again !

Everyone I encountered was interested, accommodating and completely professional. Obviously a great team of people happy to be working at Boucher. My service needs were fully competed on time and I left with a far better automobile than I arrived with. I have been taking my cars to the dealerships where I purchased them for 61 years and by far, BOUCHER IS THE VERY BEST. Not even close.

My experience at Boucher Lincoln was good but they didn't fill the gas tank all the way. When I test drove the car it had about a quarter tank and when I left with the car it had three quarters tank. So they put a half of a tank in and I left with a bad taste over six dollars.

It was my mistake about asking some questions, I thought it was a CarMax not a CarFAX vechicle. I wanted to know if they could send it to my location so I could test drive and make my mine up. Well I'm not going to pay 1k to have it delieved to my location. Beside that the dealership was very professional., and responded to me in a timely manner.
