Service is always helpful! For example, if I have a very slow leak in one of the tires, I get service right away and am told the amount of air pressure in each of the four tires. I am always told what will be done and I go to the lounge to get done what I need to get done prior to being told my vehicle is ready.

Andrew Toyota's Service Center is excellent technically and customer centered. Willie was very busy but managed to take care of my needs in an efficient and prompt way. Always with a smile. The mechanics noted a problem, sent me a video with an explanation, and once I gave approval for the repair, they had it repaired promptly.

Toyota tundra in for tires and shocks. vehicle has some non-stock modifications. Service manager made sure I had a suitable loner for activities I had scheduled while parts were coming in to accommodate modifications. In my experience, other dealers in the area would not have done this.

Toyota did a great job on the hood repair, and all the sensors and the bumper.
