Good communication with customer service and service departments. FYI: motor mount replaced along with radiator. A preventive measure. As for the car itself, not sure I bought a good one. Dont like buying used cars. A UW student totaled my first 2010 Mini after nine yrs of running perfectly. Bought brand new. Couldnt afford a second time! Seems my skepticism was warranted!

The diagnostic work took a full 24 hours, but they gave me a loaner Mini so I was not inconvenienced. It turned out that the service (sunroof stop working) I needed was already identified as a problem, so there was no charge. The Service Tech and the Service Rep were both professional. Good job!
