Friendly people. I had never driven a Tesla and want to go electric so I made an appt. and drove it. I was a pleasure to have the salesperson know so much about the Tesla that he could answer all my questions and fill in some other info I didn't know to ask about. I can't buy quite yet, but I hope they have some other electrics when I can. I look forward to doing business with them.

I sent them two emails to find out information about the damage the Carfax report said the car had reported on it. A salesman responded, but he didn't address the main question at all, he only suggested that I drive down and look at the car (2 hours away). We decided if he couldn't address a key question regarding the history of the vehicle, they might not be a trustworthy dealership.

Buyer beware. Dealer did not disclose known damage to the car, which had been hit on three panels, instead stating the CarFax is clean. Never did they mention any body work and interior repairs they did.

I'm sure they gave good cars there, but the one I looked at was suspect when I drove it. I give them props and higher rating because they gave me a pre-purchase inspection report from some other customer and the findings were not in favor of them. They offered to fix the transmission issue before selling. That was nice. I'm a little strict in that I wanted a vehicle to start working on, but this repair was out of my league. I want to start with a "ok" vehicle, not one with shortened life. This vehicle is fine for most of the public and would last, but I told them via Carfax contact that I intend to build an overlander. They still let me drive almost two hours knowing that this was not safe for Backcountry travel.
