Service Advisor didn't complete my service requests.
I requested that the 105,000/225,000 mile service be completed. Which consists of the following:
Replace Timing Belt & Inspect Water Pump
Inspect Valve Clearance
Replace spark plugs
Plus replace engine oil and filter; rotate tires; inspect everything.
He just had the techs replace engine oil and filter, rotate tires; and inspect everything.

Went for a recall for the Idle Stop update. It was turning off the engine at stop lights but not turning back on. Now it doesn't work at all. It doesn't turn off at stop lights no matter how hard I push the break. No one told me the fix was to disable it.

This has to be the worst dealership I've ever gone to. The service is incredibly slow the staff is inattentive and rude they didn't reset my air pressure making me think I had a flat tire it took over 2.5 hours for an oil change. Don't go here if you want good service!

I went in for routine service. It was clearly explained what part of the service was covered by my service plan and which part was not covered. The car was ready at about the time promised. The staff present that day were all friendly, patient, and helpful.

Adviser was great, the tech dismissed a rain sensing wiper issue which they should have been able to replicate and address (Safelight fixed the issue)
The work they did do was awesome but it would have been nice to get the wiper issue addressed while in the shop (or at least identified)

The dealership provided a shuttle to get me back to work, they had the work done before it was time for me to go home and my car was washed when I picked it up. The service writer explained what was done and took care of the payment quickly and I was on my way.

Very pricy and why should they give free car wash even though its complementary, car wash is incomplete and they didnt even take care showing the vehicle where it was parked when i went for pickup. And also no one was helped me at-least 10 mins even though i booked prior appointment and arrived on time.

The service department did well. The sales department has been asking me to bring in my 2022 Honda HRV for an appraisal. I passed along my appointment time at the service departmentbut no one from the sales showed up to ask about me! :)
