It took two appointments to complete the service that was approved during the first appointment. The app didn't send my approval. They didn't ask if I had approved it after telling me the necessary adjustments had been sent to my phone for approval. They just pushed it out and went on to the next vehicle. Volume over customer satisfaction. Poor business process.

Left my vehicle for the day. At other dealerships, my experience has been that that means they get to it last then can't finish because they don't have the parts on hand and can't get them before closing. I know this was very basic (just an oil change and tire rotation), but my car was done BEFORE NOON!! Amazing!

The rep was great and explained things really well. Wish all the reps were like her. I think her name was Charity but she was awesome. It's always nerve-racking going to the dealership to get my car serviced but she made the process smooth and I didn't feel like like I didn't know what I was doing. Hope to come back and get her next time. She deserves a raise!

I literally took 6 phone calls, 2 emails, and 2 visits to the dealership to figure out that I already had all the keys for the truck. Not joking. It was actually a young gentleman from the service department that finally said, "These are all the keys given at the time of purchase. I have no idea what everyone is talking about." The actualy service was just cutting s key. Took 5 minutes.

Great service as always. I had to have break pads and rotors replaced on my two year old Corolla. The car had been sitting for 3 months and breaks rusted. Happens. Lessons learned. Price charged was what was quoted. I had to wait and wait time was as quoted also. Service advisor was friendly and communicated well with me. Ive never had a negative experience at Heritage Toyota. I feel much more secure in going to my dealership.

Service and communication were great until after we paid. After we paid, they were supposed to leave keys in it locked. Didnt. Only got a hold of them via phone (1/6 tries) left a message never got a call back. Texted never got a response. During the one contact they said they'd do something to save a 2hr trip to pick them up. Nothing.

My overall experience was good . They changed my oil, filter and rotated my tires. They diagnosed my check engine light . The nice attendant told me my car needed two O2 sensors. He also suggested to have the spark plugs replaced and change the automatic transmission fluid. I agreed to this service and was told they would have to order the sensors from Lexus. It's now been two weeks and I haven't heard a thing from anyone. Thank you.

This is a terrific place to take your Toyota for service. I was able to have my issue diagnosed and easily fixed while I waited for less than an hour. I did have an appointment and was on time and taken quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and upbeat. Totally recommend Heritage Toyota.

I was not informed about my vehicles, corroded, rear brake rotors, and subsequent Vermont inspection failure, until after paying my bill, and picking up the vehicle. Wasted my time., And showed disregard for doing so. I will not be returning. Also, wheel shaking at 50 mph and above now.

The rep and the technician were both as helpful as they could be given that apparently the problem couldnt be fixed without costing more than the car is likely worth. The 3/5 rating is a combination of the staff (helpful) and the Toyota experience (not helpful)
