I had a tough time finding the place. Twice. Lol. They served me fairly well. Didn't like that they gave me an issue about paying cash, but I did take delivery. Retail price was good compared to other dealerships.

My trip there was 80+ miles. The salesman was nice, more than willing to allow the test drive. I had multiple questions so he had to involve the mgr. who was hesitant to discuss and/or negotiate some concerns we had. They promised to send photos of the corrections, which I never got, so to this point there has been no further interactions. After being made to feel as if my view had no value I have not called even though that particular vehicle was really the preferred choice for my wife, and listed at comparably the best price. We were prepared to purchase on the spot that day but my findings were the result of their attempt to detail the vehicle. I shouldn't have to pay to undo something that wasn't visible during advertising and, by their own admission, occurred on their watch. We chose not to.

We attempted to reach you multiple times after we corrected the cosmetic issue, which was simply dry wax on the textured roof rack. We emailed back and called and never got response back.
