It was my last service before my two year 25k miles service expires. They didn't do multipoint inspection and didn't reset my vehicle maintenance required notification. I addressed some concerns about my brakes and it seemed they didn't care at all. Over all very cheap service

Got an oil change / tire rotation appointment scheduled on line for later the same day. Arrived on time; waited only a bit more than an hour to get my car back. BONUS - told them to change the front wipers when i dropped they car off - they came back and said they cleaned the road grime off them and think theyre good for a bit more duty - HONESTY!!

Service writer and couple of other staff did a great job arguing with me that the car wash was not done because I have to ask for it making sure they blame it on me when I have never had to ask for it in the past including last week when I took my other 2 cars for service and wash was done for both without me asking.

My advisor was wonderful and although Ive received great service before at the same service center, this gentleman was very personable and extremely patient answering my questions. I was so happy that he didnt try to push other services on me and for this reason I will be taking my car back to him in the near future for other services.

The loaner car person was unnecessarily difficult to give me a car. No reason for this kind of behavior. I have been a customer for 7 years there. The rep who signed the car in (Joseph)was excellent and courteous. His service was 5 star. The loaner car person needs training.

Would not do the work of simple tightening of the suspension (which was under warranty) due to the issue being related to previous work of another dealership. Wasted my time. Returned to original dealership and had it ready in on hour! These guys are pathetic and should stick to oil changes.
