Cory was very nice and gave me the information I needed. I liked him best of all the service trips I've had . Only problem I had is a crucifix is missing from my car. I called and no one returned my call. I left a message on Michael's voicemail. I didn't see a sign telling me not responsible for missing items so I didn't think I had to hide stuff.

I take my car to the dealership every six months. James lets me know what needs to be done and keeps me informed while I'm there. The waiting room is large and pleasant with coffee, snack machines and clean facilities. Car maintenance is important to me and they take good care of my car.

Service not quite up to par as previous visits. Technician must have spilled oil when performing change as garage had drops of oil on floor first 2 days. They also change the next maintenance for oil change to 5,000 to 10,000 miles but the maintenance suggestion came on after 2,000 miles. Originally charged for rotating tires, purchased them at this location so free for life of the tires.

Alamo Toyota delivered a great experience. I love the convenience of there courtesy ride share while my car is being serviced. They have someone that picks you up from your house once your vehicle is ready. I didnt actually have to sit there waiting for my car to be ready.

I was told some parts were recommended to replace but I wish they would tell me if they needed to be replaced. Cashier needs customer service skills and for sure the guy in the red shirt who gets the car when ready. He did not look like he wanted to be there.

Felt like they tried to upsale to much stuff when I came in to get specific things done. Unfortunatley it is not only Toyota, its also the Infiinti dealership as well. I will most likely have my service done by an independent mechanic in my local area.

I waited almost 5 hours then I was given a loaner to come back later in the day. just to have my tire sensors reset. I don't blame my service writer. I believe the technicians just didn't make my car a priority. I even had a 7 am appointment.
