Sent the message to Gene Messer Volkswagen about a 2013 Subaru Outback. They responded, set an appointment for me to come take a test drive. The car was high mileage, but priced right. When I got there, everything went smoothly. They worked hard to get affordable financing for me on such a high mileage vehicle, and it worked out well. The dealer was a two hour drive from where I live, and I am glad I made the drive to Lubbock.

I sent my 2014 GLI to them for the reason of the squeaky noise on the front wheel. Finally, they told me that they couldnt pinpoint where the noise came from. Then I picked up the car cause I need to drive it. Today, at the afternoon, was kind of warm, and the squeaky noise just gone. So probably the temperature is the reason.

went in for a front wheel alignment. was told it did not need one but they were unsure what it did need. they told my wife it was bent underneat and it would be a major job. she took it to ricks on slide rd. they gave it a front wheel alignment and its driving great. we have had some other issues they gene messer volkswagon could not fix. never again will we take or buy from gene messer volkswagon

Would have rated them ZERO stars but zero is not a selection Took 35 days to solve and fix instrument panel problems. They Replaced the instrument panel and the mileage changed from 110k to 68k. I accused them of installing a used unit that came from a car with only 68k and they denied that changing the instrument panel would change the mileage. During the first 30 of the 35 days that they had my car I only received 4 status calls. I had to call every time they missed a completion deadline to get an updated status. Very poor customer service
