The service provider was very nice and pleasant. I had to go back in because I didn't get a sticker giving the mileage of when I needed to return for an oil change. Also I didn't receive the paper giving me the check on my truck. The next time I drove my truck the windshield washer light came on and it took a whole bottle of fluid to fill it up. I would have thought this would have been checked.

We had to go back again for the same issue. They tried to make us pay for it. We had to get the manager in charge. It shouldn't have taken that when they knew we paid a huge amount of money to fix it the first time. I chose fair since the manager did fix it, otherwise I would've given poor.

Whenever I confronted John about being rude he said I could no longer service my vehicle there instead of just apologizing because I told him I was gonna do reviews posted with the screenshots of his emails.
