I ask them to solve a problem with a noise bellow the car. They said that it's a problem in the transmission and I authorized to fixed. I took the car 3 days after and the noise it's still there! Probably they solved a problem that I was not able to know but the noise that left me to go there they didn't saw!

I visited the dealership to find out what was happening to my car. Although I did not get the repairs needed at this dealership, Mr. Doug was able to give me a detailed list of which parts needed to be replaced in my vehicle. I strongly recommend this location to get car serviced at, or to at least find out what is wrong if unable to pay the fees.

Average, I bought my last truck from Lone Star, personally I believe there is some disconnect between online and dealership, it's more about ratings than actual customer service. I believe I experienced the same actions relatively from any dealership, I'm still looking for a vehicle.

Very poor response. They don't do what they are supposed to do and then you keep coming back wasting your time and money. Poor customer service attitude too as well. Not recommended, find a better place for servicing.

DO NOT GET WITHIN A MILE OF THIS PLACE!!! The dealership is a clownshow. It's a sad day when the finance department shorts your credit score by 80 points and tries to get you to sign for an outrageous rate. FYI I purchased from another dealership that uses the same bank and saw the scores as they were in reality. Thieves and scoundrels. Wish I could have picked a negative amount of stars.

I was purchasing used vehicle. The place is very clean and well kept, The employees were polite. My only objection is the amount of time it took to complete the transaction. It was not a busy day for the dealership, I did not have a trade-in, I did not haggle over price and I had pre-arranged financing from my credit union, yet it still took about 3 hours sitting on hands before i could drive off.

Already had my bank but since da model was to old my bank would not finance offered dem cash which was reasonable for da year model instead the said they had more ppl interested but yet they said they would find me some else to finance me but I still choose not to I'm glad I did I bought me a newer vehicle with same mileage n 1000 different with a no pressure salesmen
