After the oil change apparently they did a full vehicle inspection and they didn't found any issues , the Next week I changed the fuel filters my self administered I noticed some oil on the bottom of the engine ,so I took somewhere else
And the truck is been leaking oil from the timing cover , I was never told anything about this on the presume inspection terrible

Rich is professional service advisor. I received periodic updates and the service was completed in a timely manner. I was also advised that a part would soon be available for a factory recall that is over a year old. A few days later I got a call that the part was in and I was able to schedule a service date.

Normally, I'm ok with the service. However, I was asked with a straight face by the service person if I wanted to get over $2k worth of services that are not required by the manufacturer. I've bought two trucks at this dealership and always have used this dealership for service. One of the things that I've always liked about Grapevine Dodgers that they don't do a lot of the sleazy dealer tactics. I guess that's changed.

Car is getting older so fixes are occurring more. Grapevine always does a great job. Our Challenger was bought from them used with 5000 mils. She now has over 149,ooo. Love this car. Grapevine dodge is the only people who work on this car except fpor tires from Discount tire.

It took them 2 weeks to replace a simple visor, that surely existed somewhere in one of their warehouses. In the meantime they were awfully fast to suggest a laundry list of $6000 of other items I didn't come in for! Should spend more time on Jeep owners requests and less time trying to drum up more revenue.

Dealership stated that parts were needed that were not failing. Car was inspected by my mechanical breakdown coverage provider and they determined that not all parts recommended were failing. They also stated that I needed new tires and I did not need new tires.

Poor communication and had my truck for 9+ weeks. Service couldve been done quicker if communication was better. Not good customer service and didnt seem to care that I was out of a vehicle. No help as to getting me a loaner when the truck would be out for months. Tried to up sell other products/services which was the only time communication responses were quick.
