The quality of the Ford service seemed deficient to me. Even when you have an appointment and arrive on time, the advisors do not deign to ask if you have an appointment or what the reason is that you are there. In my case, it was necessary to go looking for the service advisor to receive the vehicle. It seems that we are asking them for favors. The truth is that the way they serve their customers seems very rude to me.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. My vehicle went in for a bunch of problems and NOTHING was fixed. There was also a bunch of recalls when it went in, and now those recalls are gone on carfax. I know for a fact, they did not do anything about the recalls.

Worst service ever, no customer service at all, after 2 hrs couldn't find my consultan when I supposed to pick up my car they had not touched at all. When I found her she left her office to make me wait again. Finally I could get a hold of the manager which with had time yo listen my concern and frustration and helped me my car was ready.
