Took my truck in for two recalls. Easy to make appt, service advisor Douglas was great and texted me while my truck was there and had truck out in a reasonable length of time. Service mechanic sent pics and a video of some things he found that I might want to have looked at and did a helpful inspection of things that were not related to the recalls.

Douglas was phenomenal from even before I dropped off my truck. He contacted me to let me know that a loaner vehicle was available for me to use while my truck was being repaired. He managed the extended warranty claim and kept me informed frequently regarding delays (due to parts availability) and progress. The entire process could not have been more positive!

Matt was attentive and helped restore our faith in Ford service stations. We started with Autonation Ford in Arlington. They were rude and did not fix any of the issues. We then went to autonation in Burleson where Matt took care of us. All issues were resolved and this is where all our future business will go.

They were actually too aggressive and tried to contact me non stop. After the first week of constant emails and calls, I was able to unsubscribe and get the emails to stop. While I appreciate people doing their job, after the first couple of days, they should have stopped bothering me.

Requested a coolant flush and a alignment check as the tires were wearing very unevenly. The truck was found to be baldly out of alignment. The tech rotated the tires from the back(alignment good on the back) to the front (were the alignment was bad). I had not made an appointment to get an alignment yet forcing me to possibly damage the two best tires on the truck by driving until I could get an appointment.

Staff was short handed and so it took a very long time for me to get an oil change. I waited for just about 2 hours. I have never had to wait that long for any service I have had there in the past. I do like the people that are working there and they are kind and courteous. I'm guessing maybe a bad day.

Made a deal with salesman via phone, got pre approved and had planned on coming in to test drive and sign paper's. Spent half day working out sale but in the end was told that a walk in customer had just came in and was making a deal with another salesman and that he would be paying cash and truck was no longer available. Pretty disappointed because I always thought a deal was a deal. Just Saying.

The work done seems to have been done well, but the front end of the service area leaves a great deal to be desired. Calls continue not to be returned unless, of course you use a no ID 800 number which my system rejects. Service agents appear clueless despite appointments made and response time at the POC is slow.

Service advisor placed the blame on me when my explorer was not back to me on time. The time was set up the day I set the service up. I called 3 times to get an update on where my vehicle was. Was told it should be back by 4:30, was questioned on why I needed it back at that time. Was told they could get me a ride to the dealership to wait on it, nothing about making sure I could pick my son up on time from daycare when he was told. When I finally got it back at 5:10pm my screen for my music was not loading properly. My whole truck was shaking tremendously when I started it. Service advisor me they only did a back end alignment, when it went in for a rear toe link replacement. Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had!
