Fast and friendly! One cosmetic detail about the car was not presented until I made a deposit. The blemish on the cars condition wouldnt have prevented me from buying it but I appreciate transparency. This minor detail cost them a star. Otherwise, my experience was fantastic!

Alex and Edmund are a model of how a service department should be. My experience was phenomenal. Both of these gentlemen were honest and efficient. I will be at Gulf Coast for all of my repair work from now on. Thank you both for the honest and fair treatment.

An inspection was supposed to be done, topping off fluids wasn't done, didn't reset oil change light didn't tell me of any findings but did right it on my paperwork.
